I help clients understand what's driving their anxiety and develop practical, sustainable strategies to manage both the physical sensations and the overwhelming thoughts that come with it.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness-based CBT, and exposure-based therapy to help you move from reactive to grounded. Over time you'll find yourself more attuned to the present moment rather than caught up in what-ifs, and more confident in your ability to handle what comes your way.
